Provider Contracting Lead Analyst leads ancillary provider and health system contract negotiations at scale within a team. They perform financial modeling and analysis to support timely, value-driven contracts. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and negotiate provider and health system contracts with oversight from management and senior teammates
- 2Design and deliver financial models to meet timing and performance targets for contracts
- 3Ship contracts using internal systems to support administration and lifecycle management
- 4Own provider relationship management including current and prospective partners to support market strategy
- 5Scale collaboration with internal teams such as Provider Service, Fee Schedule Management, Legal, Network Analytics, and Compliance
- 6Drive market awareness of provider networks and competitive dynamics to inform contracting decisions
- 7Lead strategic positioning for commercial networks and opportunities for greater value
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and ensure contract integrity
- 9Mentor junior staff on contracting processes and financial analysis
- 10Ensure high standards of customer service and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred or significant industry experience in lieu of degree
- 21-3 years in Provider Contracting, Network Operations or Pricing
- 3Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong listening ability
- 4Strong analytic skills and financial acumen
- 5Initiative, results-oriented attitude, and self-starter work ethic
- 6Ability to collaborate across diverse teams including Legal, Compliance, and Sales
- 7High integrity and honesty with ability to manage multiple priorities
- 8Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools
- 9Multilingual language skills highly desired
- 10Willingness to work from home with reliable broadband where required
