What You'll Do11
- 1Manage complex contracting and negotiations for fee for service and value-based reimbursements with hospitals and providers
- 2Build provider partnerships and identify value-based opportunities aligned with market strategy
- 3Maintain communication channels with matrix partners including Claims Operations and Medical Management
- 4Oversee credentialing Legal Medical Economics Compliance Sales Marketing and Service functions
- 5Develop network analytics for strategic positioning and alternative network initiatives
- 6Drive cost optimization while preserving network adequacy to maintain competitive positioning
- 7Create HCP agreements meeting internal and external standards
- 8Resolve complex provider service complaints through negotiation and analysis
- 9Research and negotiate with internal/external partners to address escalated issues
- 10Manage key provider relationships and serve as primary interface with business staff
- 11Ensure accurate contract loading and submission with matrix partners
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor degree in Finance Healthcare Business or related field
- 2Minimum 3 years contracting experience with complex delivery systems
- 3MBA or MHA preferred
- 4Knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies including incentive models
- 5Proven experience building and nurturing provider relationships
- 6Familiarity with hospital managed care and provider business models
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencing sales and provider audiences
- 8Customer-centric approach with interpersonal skills
- 9Ability to navigate fast-paced matrix environment
- 10Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- 11Reliable internet connection for remote work
