What You'll Do11

- 3Organize weekly reports tracking rent collections and filing systems
- 4Conduct credit and background checks for all applicants
- 5Maintain detailed lease files and perform move-in/move-out inspections
- 6Analyze maintenance costs and suggest service improvements
- 7Prepare financial reports and collaborate with regional management
- 8Supervise on-site staff through training and performance reviews
- 9Develop vendor contracts for essential services like pool maintenance
- 10Ensure adherence to budget and operating policies
- 11Lead incident documentation and coordinate legal actions when needed
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing affordable housing portfolios
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
- 4Driver's License required for commuting to Tampa location
- 5Experience with LIHTC programs for affordable housing
- 6Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 7Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and budget analysis
- 8Proficiency in Excel and document management systems
- 9Experience with property inspection protocols
- 10Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements
