Overview
Own on-site property operations for a multifamily community at scale and lead a high-performing team to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. Collaborate across leasing, maintenance, and management to deliver market-ready spaces and outstanding service. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and lead a cohesive on-site team including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel
- 2Drive revenue and occupancy through creative marketing programs and data-driven leasing strategies
- 3Oversee capital improvements, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense control to maintain financial health
- 4Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures are followed
- 5Maintain resident files, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a positive living environment
- 6Work with leasing staff to meet leasing and marketing goals and coordinate renewals
Requirements5
- 13+ years of Property Management experience
- 23+ years of Management experience
- 3Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 4Real Estate License preferred
- 5Strong communication and bookkeeping skills
Salary Insight
$72 - $85k per year
