Own the daily operations of a multifamily community in Austin, TX, ensuring market-ready standards and resident satisfaction. You'll support the Property Manager in leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and team leadership. You'll use Yardi and Microsoft Office to track performance and drive revenue. What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee lease administration and renewal paperwork, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- 2Drive leasing and marketing goals by tracking advertising and client traffic, adjusting strategies with the leasing team.
- 3Manage the community budget, including forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting.
- 4Supervise the on-site team, interviewing, hiring, and coaching to maintain high performance.
- 5Resolve resident conflicts promptly to maintain a positive living environment and reduce turnover.
- 6Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects with the Property Manager to keep the property market-ready.
- 7Audit resident files and service contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies.
- 8Model the Cushman & Wakefield mission by delivering superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
- 21+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- 3High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
- 5Strong oral and written communication skills for resident and team interactions.
- 6Ability to manage a team and set performance goals for leasing staff.
- 7Availability to travel up to 15% of the time between properties in varying weather conditions.
- 8Physical ability to ascend stairs, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods.
