What You'll Do11
- 1Perform marketing leasing activities and maintain positive resident relations
- 2Tour properties and amenities while greeting and qualifying prospects
- 3Ensure property standards are met during tours
- 4Communicate maintenance needs with property manager and maintenance team
- 5Record all telephone and in-person traffic according to policy
- 6Complete applications leases and move-in processes per company guidelines
- 7Use on-site property software to track apartment availability
- 8Prepare market surveys and design marketing plans
- 9Execute outreach marketing via Craig's List Google and other search engines
- 10Distribute newsletters flyers and resident notices
- 11Manage renewal and move-out processes according to company policy
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 year experience in apartment leasing or sales
- 3Knowledge of apartment leasing or customer service industries
- 4Strong reading writing and communication skills
- 5Mathematical abilities for prorated rent calculations
- 6Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- 7Fair Housing training preferred
- 8National Apartment Leasing Professional certification preferred
