What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing laws, ADA, and FCRA
- 2Assist the RVP in budget formulation and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- 3Perform monthly financial reviews and prepare owner reports
- 4Manage rent collection and deposit processes
- 5Approve property expenditures and vendor contracts
- 6Recruit, hire, train, and supervise on-site staff
- 7Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies
- 8Maintain accurate lease files and conduct property inspections
- 9Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and resolve resident complaints
- 10Inspect property regularly and coordinate maintenance services
- 11Lead capital improvement projects and interior renovations as needed
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 5 years of on-site property management experience
- 2At least 3 years as a Property Manager overseeing 250+ unit community
- 3Certification such as CAM RAM or CPM preferred
- 4Valid driver’s license required
- 5Strong communication, financial analysis, and data interpretation skills
- 6Proficiency with Yardi Entrata Yieldstar and CRM platforms
- 7Experience with lease up or new construction preferred
- 8Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, drug testing, and reference checks
