Property Damage Claims Adjuster, Tenant Protection Plan Analytics
Overview
Own the assessment and resolution of routine property damage claims within a defined authority band for tenant protection programs. You will evaluate coverage, review documentation, and communicate outcomes to clients while delivering service excellence at scale. You will join a collaborative team in a hybrid Phoenix operation that values growth, development, and customer focus. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and review coverage determinations for routine tenant property damage claims and provide settlement recommendations within authority
- 2Design and analyze damage evidence such as photographs, estimates, and invoices to support claims decisions
- 3Lead regular communications with customers to explain status, next steps, and settlement outcomes
- 4Ship damages within supervisor-approved limits while adhering to handling procedures and regulatory requirements
- 5Own the application of program handling procedures and contribute to process improvements within the Tenant Protection Plan
- 6Scale service quality by meeting performance metrics for accuracy, productivity, and timeliness
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or equivalent required
- 21-3 years of experience in small personal property or property damage claims
- 3Active adjuster license or ability to obtain license within 90 days and maintain ongoing CE
- 4Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to analyze information and make independent decisions
- 6Understanding of policy language, exclusions, forms/endorsements, and claims handling practices
- 7Attention to detail and accurate documentation
- 8Effective organizational and time management skills
- 9Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 10Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance degree preferred
