Projects Officer - CSFIR
Overview
The Projects Officer will lead logistics services for CSF shipping mail and courier operations within the IR division ensuring efficient reliable cost effective operations supporting headquarters field offices and institutional needs. This role drives service planning vendor management stakeholder communication issue resolution and process improvement while implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements8
- 1Advanced university degree or equivalent in business administration logistics distribution management or related field
- 2Minimum six years of relevant professional experience
- 3Minimum two years of experience at Grade A08 or equivalent
- 4Proven ability to use Microsoft Excel and adapt to new technology
- 5Detail oriented strong administrative and vendor management skills
- 6Experience with shipping mail courier services delivery through vendor contracts
- 7Track record of adopting technology to improve efficiency and service delivery
- 8Regular staff member selected for open ended status
