What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for CSTO reviews
- 2Track strategic initiatives and ownership across CSTO workstreams
- 3Own operational governance processes and documentation standards
- 4Maintain JIRA project hygiene and validate epic alignment
- 5Build dashboards for availability and resource utilization
- 6Investigate service delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions
- 7Lead special projects and operational assessments
- 8Develop continuous improvement initiatives
- 9Analyze organizational capacity and staffing constraints
- 10Create executive dashboards and follow-up communications
- 11Drive issue resolution without direct authority
Requirements10
- 1Associate Degree Diploma or equivalent experience and education
- 23+ years operational management or technology operations experience
- 3Proven ability to produce executive presentations and dashboards
- 4Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Office 365 tools
- 5Strong analytical and communication skills
- 6Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields
- 7Familiarity with cybersecurity operations and service governance
- 8Experience with Power BI ServiceNow Confluence JIRA Power Automate Microsoft Copilot
- 9Valid unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- 10Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
