What You'll Do11
- 1Manage the audit lifecycle including planning execution fieldwork scheduling interviews and conducting audit tests
- 2Conduct walkthroughs develop scope documents and map control matrices to COSO and NIST frameworks
- 3Apply internal audit methodology including risk assessment and control evaluation
- 4Document audit findings prepare workpapers and audit reports and present results to management
- 5Provide recommendations to improve processes mitigate risks and lead remediation follow-up activities
- 6Prepare for and lead internal and external status meetings direct and review staff auditors work
- 7Contribute to continuous professional development of audit staff and improve audit methodology and tools
- 8Analyze data identify control gaps and communicate audit results to cross-functional stakeholders
- 9Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
- 10Maintain knowledge of PCI DSS and other relevant standards
- 11Ensure documentation meets evidentiary support requirements
Requirements9
- 14+ years of experience in IT audit technology risk cyber audit or related audit function
- 2Experience managing and executing audits including planning control testing issue identification report writing and presentation
- 3Proficiency in audit principles methodologies and control frameworks such as COSO NIST FFIEC COBIT or PCI DSS
- 4Ability to document audit workpapers risk assessments control matrices and findings with clear evidentiary support
- 5Bachelor's degree in information systems computer science accounting finance or related field
- 6Certification in CPA CIA CISA CFE CRMA or equivalent
- 7Experience with data analysis data visualization statistical analysis or data mining supporting audit activities
- 8Certified Public Accountant Certified Internal Auditor Certified Information Systems Auditor Certified Fraud Examiner
- 9Experience in payments or financial services technology environments
