Overview
TEKsystems seeks a skilled Project Scheduler to lead integrated project schedules for a large hyperscale data center campus. The professional will collaborate with construction managers and trade partners to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules across multiple concurrent scopes. This role drives schedule risk identification and management while ensuring successful project delivery through all construction phases.
What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules
- 2Perform critical path analysis to identify schedule risks
- 3Coordinate schedule activities across multiple contractors and workstreams
- 4Track progress against baselines and provide forecasting updates
- 5Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate performance to stakeholders
- 6Support milestone planning and commissioning schedule development
- 7Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership
- 8Create mitigation strategies for schedule delays
- 9Drive schedule optimization through resource planning
Requirements8
- 15+ years of construction scheduling experience
- 2Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6
- 3Experience with large commercial or data center construction projects
- 4Strong understanding of CPM methodology and construction sequencing
- 5Proven ability to manage multi-contractor coordination
- 6Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
- 7Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 certification preferred
- 8Background in mission-critical facility construction preferred
Salary Insight
$60 - $85k per year
