Project Manager, Mid-Level Industrial Construction
Overview
Dennis Group’s primary client contact overseeing project delivery from design to start-up. You will lead design, construction, and start-up phases for food and beverage process facilities. This role integrates with internal design engineering and construction teams to ensure project success. Successful candidates demonstrate strong leadership and technical application.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage projects autonomously from planning through commissioning including defining success criteria
- 2Develop project scope budget schedule and critical path elements
- 3Create RFIs and prepare purchase work authorizations
- 4Maintain client SharePoint site and coordinate design teamwork
- 5Establish design criteria and review construction phase documents
- 6Manage permit code and regulatory approvals
- 7Prepare preliminary procurement plan and bid packages
- 8Assemble and evaluate potential project bidders
- 9Define kick-off meeting agenda and develop project outline specifications
- 10Coordinate all project communication and maintain outstanding items list
- 11Develop project outline specifications and implement lessons learned
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering
- 34+ years experience with MEP industrial construction projects especially food and beverage
- 44+ years project management in design-build General Contractor environment
- 5Familiarity with AutoCAD Revit Navisworks and MS Project
- 6Basic understanding of sanitary environments
- 7Overnight travel requirement 50% of time annually
- 8Excellent analytical organizational and interpersonal skills
- 9Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- 10Proven track record delivering projects on time and on schedule
