Vista Home Management seeks a Project Manager to lead residential remodels and home management operations in Austin. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and lead residential remodel projects including subcontractor scheduling and budget tracking
- 2Coordinate inspections deliveries and material selections to keep sites moving
- 3Send clear proactive updates to clients about project status
- 4Own daily work‑order pipeline by dispatching vendors and verifying completed repairs
- 5Handle client requests with white‑glove polish and manage seasonal maintenance programs
- 6Utilize our custom CRM for work orders scheduling and messaging training provided
- 7Drive process improvements that streamline operations and enhance quality standards
Requirements8
- 13+ years in residential construction project management estate property management or trade supervision
- 2Understanding of how a house functions to identify good work
- 3Organized mindset with ability to prevent issues from falling through cracks
- 4Excellent written and spoken communication skills for polished client interactions
- 5Comfortable with technology as our entire operation runs on software
- 6Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle based in Austin
- 7Bilingual English Spanish proficiency preferred
- 8Existing Austin subcontractor relationships valued
