What You'll Do5
- 1Manage tracking and oversight of service-based software installation development projects including budgets and schedules forecasting weekly and monthly through project end and resource allocation
- 2Act as central point of contact with customers managing expectations and facilitating problem solving with subject matter experts
- 3Provide project management advice and assistance to department management and personnel
- 4Chair various project review and pre-sale meetings and support
- 5Assist in developing departmental plans goals objectives policies and procedures
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 4 years of experience managing full life cycle software or software implementation projects
- 2Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- 3Experience in banking or loan servicing industry
- 4Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel
- 5Background in technical project management communication proficiency problem solving analysis
