R-2 Contractors seeks a motivated Project Manager - Heavy Civil to lead new project planning and coordination across internal departments subcontractors and clients. The ideal candidate will track project completion daily production rates materials equipment usage changes to conditions and ensure accurate invoice review approval budget maintenance and projections. This role emphasizes precision teamwork and ownership while standing out as a dynamic growing organization.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and schedule building and maintenance activities
- 2Review and approve AP invoices and monthly billings
- 3Conduct timecard reviews and approvals
- 4Maintain budgets and monitor construction expenses
- 5Provide project projections for material productivity and manpower
- 6Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 7Interpret project specifications and drawings to construct designs
- 8Schedule subcontractor activities and coordinate daily operations
- 9Analyze scope of work to ensure compliance with building requirements
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 3-5 years experience on heavy civil projects
- 2Proficiency with HCSS software such as HeavyJob and HeavyBid
- 3Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- 4Team player capable of handling multiple duties
- 5Detail-oriented organized and self-driven individual
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 7Ability to pass drug screening background checks and DVR requirements
- 8Willingness to work long hours in varying conditions
Salary Insight
$125 - $185k per year
