What You'll Do8
- 1Manage project lifecycles from planning through closeout
- 2Develop project scopes budgets and schedules
- 3Coordinate with internal teams vendors and contractors

- 5Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- 6Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting
- 7Participate in procurement and vendor selection processes
- 8Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 23–5 years of experience in project coordination or management preferably in facilities or infrastructure
- 3Familiarity with construction processes building systems and project documentation
- 4Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Smartsheet
- 5Strong communication and organizational skills
- 6Basic understanding of critical systems such as HVAC UPS generators
- 7PMP or CAPM certification preferred
- 8Experience with AutoCAD Revit or similar tools
- 9OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- 10Exposure to data center or mission critical environments
