Lead coordination between sales, estimating, customers, and installers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve site challenges and optimize change orders. This role combines field insight with cross‑functional project leadership in a growing North American division.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead the supply and installation coordination for commercial washroom and locker room projects with the sales and estimating teams.
  • 2Process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, and arrange shipping for project materials.
  • 3Oversee third‑party subcontract installers on job site installations to meet project milestones.
  • 4Review and price change orders; pursue profitable change orders and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • 5Resolve project issues including delays, adverse site conditions, and installation challenges to keep projects on track.
  • 6Collaborate with manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries to prevent shortages.
  • 7Coordinate with project managers, warehouse managers, and drivers to ensure successful project completion.
  • 8Address project deficiencies and secure customer satisfaction on delivery and handover.
  • 9Support warehouse management and monthly inventory to align with project needs.

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's degree or undergraduate education
  • 2Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
  • 3Valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle
  • 4Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • 5Ability to manage multiple files and stakeholders simultaneously
