Project Manager Capital Projects - Chicago
Overview
Scion Group seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects from start to finish. This role drives execution while meeting venture goals and deadlines. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate progress and community-focused outcomes.
What You'll Do8
- 1Manage all capital projects ensuring compliance with venture governance and contractual obligations
- 2Plan schedules and conduct cost analyses for each initiative
- 3Communicate project scope status and timelines to corporate and property teams
- 4Review change orders and secure approvals before implementation
- 5Investigate variances submit reports and share findings with the Director of Capital
- 6Collaborate with AP department for contractor payments and lien waivers
- 7Maintain organizational compliance throughout project lifecycle
- 8Drive problem solving and maintain persistent focus on deliverables
Requirements5
- 1College graduate or equivalent experience in engineering construction management or related field
- 2Minimum 5 years project management and supervisory experience in student housing or multi-family sectors
- 3Driver's license and ability to travel 50 percent annually
- 4Strong communication skills adaptable to fast paced environments
- 5Experience with AWS Certified solutions and Kubernetes platforms
Salary Insight
$90 - $100k per year
