What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives across product engineering data science and compliance teams to meet enterprise security and regulatory standards
- 2Partner with product managers to align security controls with delivery timelines and translate requirements into project plans
- 3Drive evaluation of emerging AI capabilities to optimize security reporting and cross-team collaboration
- 4Establish governance tracking and reporting mechanisms to identify risks and dependencies early
- 5Influence adoption of organizational initiatives into product development lifecycles
- 6Support or coordinate security compliance initiatives such as SOC2 HIPAA GovRAMP FedRAMP
- 7Collaborate with remote teams to deliver projects under tight deadlines
- 8Apply project tracking tools like Jira and Azure DevOps to manage execution
- 9Communicate strategic goals into actionable tasks for stakeholders
- 10Demonstrate strong organizational skills and experience with multi-project management
- 11Ensure adherence to legal work authorization requirements for employment
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3 years project management experience
- 22 years experience supporting security compliance initiatives such as SOC2 HIPAA GovRAMP FedRAMP
- 3Proven ability to work cross-functionally with competing priorities
- 4Strong organizational skills with expertise in project tracking tools
- 5Ability to translate complex goals into executable work items
- 6Understanding of revenue cycle workflows
- 7Familiarity with Solventum Health Information Systems products
- 8Experience managing multiple project streams
- 9Program management techniques or PMP certification
- 10Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship
