What You'll Do8
- 1Manage partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and government customers and vendors while serving as Director to FMS Vice President
- 2Collaborate with HIS product owners software development teams technical teams and senior leadership to define project objectives
- 3Understands Proft and Loss concepts and milestone management aligned to financials to ensure FMS preparedness for government solutions
- 4Develops and implements project management controls to accomplish financial schedule deliverable staffing and quality assurance contractual requirements
- 5Creates new proposals and strategies to win federal awards with understanding of firm fixed priced contracts and milestone-based payments
- 6Supervises EI&T Client Advocate Program and Project Managers FedRAMP cybersecurity
- 7Ensures compliance with corporate policies procedures and security standards during duty performance
- 8Maintains accurate documentation of processes and analyzes operational workflows
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s Degree or higher from accredited university with minimum ten years experience in program management medical coding or strategic client partnerships
- 2Detail-oriented analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- 3Experience documenting and analyzing business processes
- 4Location in United States ability to pass government background check for public trust position
- 5Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred
- 6Change management experience leading transformation initiatives
- 7Proficiency with IL3 IL4 RMF ATOs FedRAMP and 3PAO processes
- 8Experience managing projects in DoD and VA healthcare environments
- 9Ability to brief executive leadership
- 10Capacity to multitask and manage complex workloads under time constraints
