What You'll Do13
- 1Serve as primary Program Manager responsible for contract performance quality schedule budget staffing risk management and delivery
- 2Translate Government requirements into executable project plans schedules staffing assignments milestones and deliverables
- 3Manage multiple simultaneous projects from initiation through closeout maintaining integrated master schedules work plans and status reports
- 4Monitor scope labor utilization budgets subcontractor performance deadlines dependencies and performance risks developing corrective actions
- 5Conduct regular project status meetings provide concise reporting to leadership and Government stakeholders
- 6Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting integrated marketing communications campaigns and outreach initiatives
- 7Ensure communications activities integrate across marketing channels
- 8Coordinate development and production of assets
- 9Manage subcontractors to operate against common schedule and Government priorities
- 10Handle internal reviews before materials submitted for Government approval
- 11Ensure deliverables comply with federal requirements branding standards accessibility Section 508 requirements and contract specifications
- 12Work with analytics and media teams to establish measurable KPIs and performance reporting
- 13Monitor campaign performance against objectives prepare executive-level program updates performance reports and presentations
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in communications marketing advertising public relations business administration project management or related discipline
- 25+ years relevant professional experience including managing communications and marketing programs
- 3Demonstrated experience supporting federal government contracts or programs
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to communicate effectively with senior Government officials technical specialists creative personnel vendors and executive leadership
- 6Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management collaboration tools
- 7Prior experience supporting large federal agency an asset
- 8Experience managing national or international public information public education recruitment or behavior-change campaigns
- 9Travel and tourism experience a plus
- 10Familiarity with federal Section 508 accessibility requirements
- 11PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training preferred
