What You'll Do14

- 5Evaluate daily production schedule and budget projections to track performance
- 6Update project schedules weekly for owner and management reporting
- 7Prepare and manage a three week work plan
- 8Notify engineering and project management about schedule changes and develop mitigation solutions
- 9Initiate and manage requests for information
- 10Remit accurate project quantities using cost coding to ensure accurate financial reporting
- 11Manage invoicing with accounting regarding materials equipment and subcontractor needs
- 12Review certificates and permits needed to perform work
- 13Review required job hazard analyses to ensure safety and compliance
- 14Coordinate subcontractor work methods schedules and crews
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in construction engineering
- 3Bachelor`s Degree in a related field
- 4Knowledge of design build and alternative build techniques
- 5Financial reporting methods and quantity tracking methods with cost coding
- 6Construction scheduling and production time management skills
