Overview
You will own the merchant onboarding experience for a major restaurant delivery platform in the Detroit metro area, driving adoption and long-term success for restaurant partners. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, delivering hands-on training and championing software configuration. You'll collaborate with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to refine the onboarding journey. Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 25+ years in restaurant or bar management, hospitality, or customer support.
- 3Proven attention to detail and ability to deliver tasks accurately and on time.
- 4Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- 5Strong track record of cross-functional team collaboration.
- 6Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented work style.
- 7Spanish fluency is highly regarded.
