Associate Manager, Product Implementation & POS Integrations
Overview
You will lead a team of implementation specialists to ensure seamless deployment of POS and SaaS integrations for independent restaurants. You will own team operations, client coordination, and quality assurance, escalating technical issues and driving process improvements. This role bridges frontline staff and senior management, fostering team development and operational excellence. You will report on team performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects on schedule. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coach a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance and professional development.
- 2Monitor workloads and prioritize assignments to ensure balanced capacity and on-time delivery.
- 3Oversee day-to-day operations and serve as the primary escalation point for technical or process issues.
- 4Prepare performance reports for senior management, tracking team metrics and delivery health.
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to clarify requirements and project status.
- 6Coordinate timelines across functions to keep deliverables on schedule.
- 7Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; report status to leadership.
- 8Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and checklists.
- 9Support onboarding and training for new team members, sharing best practices.
- 10Review and approve platform configurations, workflows, and third-party integrations.
Requirements9
- 15+ years in customer success or related roles.
- 21+ year managing and developing high-performing teams.
- 3Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
- 4Extensive experience with software integrations and POS systems.
- 5Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage team performance.
- 6Strong problem-solving and client management skills.
- 7Skilled in process development and project tracking.
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 9Knowledge of relevant tools, systems, and industry practices.
