Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments using VB-MAPP SSIS FAST Skills Streaming and EFL
- 2Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- 3Provide direct ABA services teaching new skills to clients
- 4Supervise and mentor caregivers ensuring treatment fidelity
- 5Collaborate with families and professionals in multidisciplinary teams
- 6Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- 7Maintain accurate client records including progress notes and assessment reports
- 8Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings contributing clinical expertise
- 9Stay current with ABA research and attend professional development activities
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 2 years of ABA experience
- 2At least 12 semester units in ABA for consideration
- 3Significant knowledge of ABA and community resources
- 4Experience implementing or designing ABA programs for ASD
- 5Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Salary Insight
$71 - $78k per year
