Overview
Adapt seeks ABA Program Managers to lead client programs, mentor therapists, and deliver high-quality interventions in the Bay Area. You will oversee program development, drive quality improvements, and foster collaborative relationships with clinical leaders.
What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and monitor individualized ABA programs in partnership with the Clinical Director
- 2Lead and train behavioral therapists and senior therapists through coaching and supervision
- 3Analyze client data to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- 4Facilitate regular team meetings to share insights and coordinate care
- 5Provide parent and caregiver training on implementing ABA strategies at home
- 6Ensure compliance with ethical standards and evidence‑based practices
- 7Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align program goals with organizational objectives
- 8Maintain accurate documentation and support administrative processes
- 9Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes
Requirements10
- 15+ years leading ABA programs or supervising therapists
- 212 completed ABA units from an accredited institution
- 3Completed BCaBA coursework or equivalent
- 4Master’s degree in Psychology Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- 5Minimum one year supervisory experience in ABA
- 6Minimum two years working directly with children with autism using ABA
- 7Proficiency in Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 8Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 9Ability to pass FBI and DOJ background checks
- 10Strong leadership and communication skills
