What You'll Do9

- 5Prepare clinical documentation meeting contractual requirements
- 6Provide direct therapeutic services during coverage gaps
- 7Maintain communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
- 8Ensure accurate reporting for billing and compliance purposes
- 9Lead development of junior staff from entry-level to advanced competencies
Requirements9
- 1Currently pursuing master's degree in mental health or related field
- 2Actively enrolled in BCBA certification program
- 3Minimum one year experience supporting children with autism or developmental disabilities
- 4Proven understanding of ABA principles and assessment methodologies
- 5Ability to travel across Marin Contra Costa regions
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
