Overview
Monitors daily operations of assigned services supervises associates and plans service delivery to achieve outcomes while ensuring compliance with person-centered standards. Facilitates meetings promotes inclusion and adheres to ESSC PCCP manual. Provides input to policy development and substitutes for associates as needed. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and lead teams to deliver high-quality person-centered services
- 2Design and coordinate service delivery processes including intake assessments and data management
- 3Oversee quality assurance and safety compliance for designated services
- 4Drive continuous improvement through policy development and associate evaluations
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and substitute for direct service associates
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- 2Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
- 3Non-violent crisis management certification
- 44 years relevant experience including supervisory roles
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varied physical environments
