What You'll Do8
- 1Assist with daily living activities personal care and hygiene as needed
- 2Coach independent living skills community integration and social activities
- 3Follow person centered plans and behavioral strategies documenting accurately
- 4Support medication administration following established policies
- 5Maintain clean safe environment adhering to health safety protocols
- 6Communicate professionally with clients families and team members
- 7Ensure dog friendly workplace compliance
- 8Complete required new hire and in service trainings
Requirements7
- 1Minimum age 18 years with high school diploma
- 2Valid CA driver license reliable transportation and auto insurance
- 3Pass DOJ FBI background check and eligibility to work
- 4Current CPR First Aid and TB screening ability
- 5Willingness to obtain certifications promptly
- 6Ability to work 12 hour shifts and 48 hour weekend shifts
- 7Availability for on call backup shifts
