Overview
You will own schedule management for multiple Integrated Product Teams within the Program Management Operations team. This role accelerates humanity's exploration of the Lunar surface by ensuring efficient delivery of integrated product missions. The position involves establishing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules while collaborating with IPT Leads to resolve schedule drivers and improve efficiency.

- 1Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple IPTs

Requirements10
- 1Undergraduate degree in business finance engineering project management or analytical field
- 2Passion for data organization and accurate project reporting
- 3Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project for complex schedule management
- 4Earned value management skills including cost and schedule baselining
- 5Proven ability to manage resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules
- 6Demonstrated exposure to aerospace program scheduling
- 7Ability to work effectively in ambiguous fast-paced environments
- 8Commitment to continuous process improvement
- 9Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 10Bonus: Experience with AI agents SQL queries or data automation tools
