Overview
Own program planning and scheduling for DoD contracts at scale across Fortune 500 clients. Lead WBS/IMS architecture, resource loading, and earned value management for proposal and post award projects. Collaborate with a cross functional team and travel up to 25 for on site support. US citizenship required or active clearance preferred.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework using MS Project or Open Plan with DoD contracting
- 2Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support Proposal Projects per policies and guidelines
- 3Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award Projects in accordance with DI-MGMT-81861
- 4Support the implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule Integration
- 5Maintain IMS and forecasting data and perform Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis

- 1Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan
- 2DoD contracting experience
- 3Knowledge of EVMS and government compliance audits
- 4Active security clearance preferred or US citizenship
- 5Ability to travel 25 through client sites
