Schedule Manager HPM Construction, CPM Scheduling & Analytics
Overview
Owns master program schedules for large capital projects and programs, driving schedule risk analysis, reporting, and recovery planning. Collaborates with project teams to implement scheduling best practices in contract documents and project controls. Travels up to 25% to support field teams and client engagements. This role combines technical scheduling expertise with data analytics to enable on-time delivery across multiple programs.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain the master program schedule using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to reflect current project baselines
- 2Design and implement schedule risk processes and mitigation plans with timely reporting to project teams and clients
- 3Lead earned value analysis and forecasting to monitor construction progress against the baseline schedule
- 4Oversee schedule data management, reporting templates, and Change Management deliverables in the schedule management system
- 5Drive performance measurement through KPI tracking using Power BI dashboards and data analytics
- 6Develop schedule scenarios, comparisons, and recovery options to support planning during project phases
- 7Validate progress against baseline, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions
- 8Collaborate with designers, contractors, and project managers to ensure schedule requirements are embedded in contract documents
- 9Provide forensic analysis for claims defense or mitigation related to schedule performance
- 10Support validation of contractor pay requests and change requests involving time impacts
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Building Science, Accounting or Finance or related field preferred
- 23-7 years of project management or control solutions experience on major projects and programs
- 3Experience with Procore or other project management information systems
- 4Proficient with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams
- 5Experience with databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development is preferred
- 6Experience working with SmartPM
- 7Proficient in CPM Scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- 8Valid Drivers' License required
- 9Ability to travel up to 25%
- 10Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
