  • 6Consolidate weekly updates into structured reports for VA PMO leadership
  • 7Coordinate with customer regarding schedule status and metrics
  • 8Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications
  • 9Obtain and retain Public Trust Clearance
  • 10Demonstrate initiative and strong attention to detail

Requirements10

  • 14+ years professional experience in project scheduling
  • 23+ years experience with large-scale IT or healthcare programs
  • 3Bachelor's degree required
  • 4Expertise in MS Project for schedule development
  • 5Proven experience integrating schedules into IMS
  • 6Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules
  • 7Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • 8Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • 9Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 10Experience with VA or federal program scheduling standards
