Overview
Remote Part-Time Project Scheduler supports a large Federal agency modernizing Healthcare functions. This role designs and maintains Integrated Master Schedules while collaborating with technical experts and senior leadership. The position requires expertise in MS Project and integration with IMS for VFMP and CCN NG initiatives.

- 1Create updated project schedules and maintain them weekly
- 2Validate MS Project schedules against commitments and resources
- 3Identify schedule tasks for integration into Integrated Master Schedules
- 4Develop macros to streamline scheduling processes
- 5Document dependencies and update impacted Integrated Master Schedules
- 6Consolidate weekly updates into structured reports for VA PMO leadership
- 7Coordinate with customer regarding schedule status and metrics
- 8Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications
- 9Obtain and retain Public Trust Clearance
- 10Demonstrate initiative and strong attention to detail
Requirements10
- 14+ years professional experience in project scheduling
- 23+ years experience with large-scale IT or healthcare programs
- 3Bachelor's degree required
- 4Expertise in MS Project for schedule development
- 5Proven experience integrating schedules into IMS
- 6Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules
- 7Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
- 8Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- 9Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 10Experience with VA or federal program scheduling standards
