Program Manager, Veeva & MDM
Overview
You will own the integrated master program plan for a global Veeva rollout across multiple markets and workstreams. You will run the PMO, manage the RAID log, and drive stakeholder alignment. This role stands out for its direct ownership of execution in a fast-moving enterprise environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain the integrated master program plan across all workstreams, markets, and delivery tracks.
- 2Own the RAID log, actively tracking risks, actions, issues, and decisions, assigning owners and chasing closure.
- 3Prepare weekly and biweekly status reports for the Program Lead, highlighting progress, blockers, and decisions needed.
- 4Coordinate with technical teams on Veeva configurations and MDM data integration milestones.
- 5Drive governance meetings with stakeholders, documenting outcomes and tracking action items to completion.
- 6Escalate critical risks and issues to program leadership with recommended mitigations.
- 7Support resource planning and capacity tracking across program workstreams.
- 8Ensure alignment between program deliverables and business objectives.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in program management for enterprise software implementations.
- 23+ years managing programs involving Veeva (Vault or CRM) and MDM (Master Data Management).
- 3Proven experience maintaining RAID logs and driving closure on action items.
- 4Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- 5Experience with PMO reporting tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
- 6Ability to work onsite in White Plains, NY.
- 7PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
Salary Insight
$146 - $156k per year
