What You'll Do9
- 1Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion while managing scope timelines resources and deliverables
- 2Develop and maintain project management processes tools and documentation to support successful project execution
- 3Enhance project governance by creating metrics reporting and performance measures that drive informed decision making
- 4Communicate project expectations progress risks and recommendations to teams leadership and stakeholders
- 5Analyze project data and KPIs to identify trends provide strategic recommendations and support business decisions
- 6Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status risks outcomes and recommendations
- 7Mentor team members promote collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
- 8Identify project risks dependencies and issues and implement mitigation strategies
- 9Facilitate project retrospectives and implement process improvements to enhance delivery and effectiveness
Requirements8
- 1Relevant degree preferred
- 25 or more years of relevant experience
- 3Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- 4Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Smartsheet Monday.com or Wrike with Smartsheet preferred
- 5Experience with Mavenlink preferred
- 6Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Word PowerPoint and Excel with Microsoft Project and Visio preferred
- 7Strong problem solving critical thinking and organizational skills
- 8Ability to work independently

$89 - $156k per year
