Overview

What You'll Do13
- 1Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global Vendor Management System (VMS)
- 2Establish program goals scope success metrics governance structures and escalation processes
- 3Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across HR Technology Procurement Finance Legal Compliance Security Facilities and Communications
- 4Manage implementation activities across planning discovery design build testing and deployment
- 5Maintain the integrated project plan and ensure milestones and deliverables remain on schedule
- 6Coordinate approximately 75-80 identified project action items through implementation
- 7Partner closely with the VMS implementation team to manage deliverables timelines dependencies and risks
- 8Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks issues and conflicts
- 9Provide regular project updates reporting and presentations to internal leadership and executive stakeholders
- 10Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder alignment
- 11Lead organizational readiness change management training coordination and adoption activities
- 12Support supplier migration reporting invoice design data validation system integrations requirements gathering and testing
- 13Drive successful deployment and adoption of the VMS platform across business units
Requirements13
- 15+ years of project or program management experience
- 2Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level system implementations
- 3Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional projects involving multiple business functions
- 4Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- 5Ability to manage project timelines milestones risks issues and dependencies
- 6Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills
- 7Experience independently driving implementation activities from project planning through deployment
- 8Experience leading an end-to-end enterprise VMS implementation on the client side
- 9Hands-on implementation experience with Magnit Fieldglass VNDLY or Beeline
- 10Background in financial services or other regulated industries
- 11Familiarity with HRIS or ERP platforms such as Workday or Oracle
- 12PMP PgMP or equivalent project/program management certification
- 13Experience leading global technology rollouts or implementations

$90 - $108k per year
