The Program Manager leads the Tool Lending Program managing warehouse operations and volunteer coordination. What You'll Do15
- 1Articulate ToolBank’s mission and promote programs in Arizona Tool Lending Program
- 2Manage and direct all aspects of the Tool Lending and Heat Relief Program
- 3Ensure accurate order fulfillment and returns while focusing on customer service
- 4Track and process donations of tools and consumables
- 5Serve as liaison between ToolBank and member agencies during orders
- 6Preserve inventory through minor repairs and branding
- 7Maintain cleanliness safety and professional appearance of warehouse area
- 8Collaborate with staff and Board of Directors for effective service delivery
- 9Oversee weekly monthly and quarterly warehouse duties
- 10Work with staff to generate program-driven volunteer opportunities
- 11Manage and guide warehouse support staff
- 12Cultivate relationships between ToolBank and volunteers
- 13Manage volunteers and groups in warehouse activities
- 14Guide additional warehouse support staff
- 15Perform other duties as required
Requirements11
- 1Valid driver’s license
- 2Knowledge of tool maintenance and repair
- 3Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- 4Concrete experience with 5+ years building ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 5Strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment
- 6Ability to communicate clearly with agencies staff volunteers and board members
- 7Familiarity with tool types and special event equipment
- 8Close and distance vision for safe operation
- 9Experience handling donations of tools and consumables
- 10Understanding of non-climate controlled environments
- 11Commitment to community impact
Salary Insight
$42 - $52k per year
