What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as primary operational point of contact for customers building collaborative relationships with stakeholders

- 4Escalate requests for additional work outside contractual scope to finance and business development

- 6Oversee implementation and management of Statements of Work ensuring deliverables and performance metrics are met
- 7Implement and maintain SOW management processes and governance requirements across programs
- 8Monitor program performance against KPIs analyze trends identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
- 9Lead and motivate operational teams fostering accountability safety quality and continuous improvement
- 10Conduct regular one-to-one meetings provide coaching and manage employee performance and development
- 11Manage program training requirements develop competency records and ensure compliance with certifications
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in Program Manager Operations Manager Service Delivery Manager or similar operational leadership role
- 3Proven experience leading customer-facing operations and managing employee performance development
- 4Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with experience resolving escalations
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 7Valid driver's license
- 8Experience in semiconductor engineering manufacturing or related technical environment
- 9Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational improvement practices
- 10Experience managing Statements of Work customer contracts workforce planning and headcount
- 11Preferred experience in cross-functional projects and program growth opportunities
