Overview
You will own post-merger integration (PMI) programs across technology, business, and operations at StoneGate-Technologies, driving seamless system integration and cross-functional execution in ambiguous, fast-moving settings. You will coordinate teams across engineering, product, and operations to align on integration milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver business outcomes. Your mandate includes leading M&A integration workstreams, establishing governance, and steering stakeholders through complex technical and operational changes. This role stands apart by offering a broad generalist scope: you will bridge deep technical alignment with strategic program execution, ensuring every integration accelerates value capture.
What You'll Do7

- 2Build and drive integration roadmaps, defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for each workstream.
- 3Facilitate cross-functional alignment by hosting weekly integration stand-ups, identifying risks, and unblocking teams across engineering, finance, and HR.
- 4Drive system integration strategy, mapping data flows and dependencies between legacy and target platforms.
- 5Own executive communication, delivering status updates and risk assessments to leadership and steering committees.
- 6Oversee change management plans to ensure operational continuity and user adoption during integration.
- 7Coordinate with external advisors and auditors to track integration progress against contractual obligations.
Requirements7
- 112+ years in technical program management, with 3+ years specifically in M&A integration or PMI roles.
- 2Proven track record leading large-scale system integrations (ERP, CRM, or data platforms) in hybrid cloud environments.
- 3Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools for program tracking and reporting.
- 4Strong knowledge of integration best practices, including API-led connectivity and data migration strategies.
- 5Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting directly to C-level executives.
- 6Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions across multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PMP or PMP certification is a plus.
