
IT Program Manager, Networking & M&A
Overview
Own the end-to-end onboarding of new users during network and M&A integration, ensuring laptops, email, and Slack are ready day one. Manage the migration to Google Workspace and Slack across the organization. Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and IT teams to deliver seamless transitions. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite in Santa Clara and strong project leadership in a fast-changing environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Coordinate new user onboarding, including system access, laptop provisioning, and account setup for email and Slack.
- 2Manage the migration from legacy systems to Google Workspace and Slack, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
- 3Drive network and infrastructure integration activities during M&A, aligning with technical teams on cutover plans.
- 4Lead cross-functional stand-ups to track onboarding milestones and resolve blockers for new hires.
- 5Audit access controls and permissions to maintain security compliance across integrated systems.
- 6Document onboarding and migration processes, updating runbooks for repeatability.
- 7Partner with HR and IT to streamline employee lifecycle workflows from offer to first day.
- 8Track integration risks and escalate critical issues to program leadership.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in IT program or project management, with focus on infrastructure and networking.
- 2Proven experience in M&A integration, including network and system consolidation.
- 3Hands-on with Google Workspace administration and Slack migration or deployment.
- 4Strong understanding of network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- 5Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a hybrid work environment.
- 6Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- 7Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
