- 8Maintain registrar operations and domain management systems ensuring security and stability
- 9Prepare executive-level communications and reports on performance strategy and critical issues
- 10Create process documentation to educate stakeholders and maximize user adoption
- 11Integrate AI tools to redesign workflows and achieve measurable impact
Requirements9
- 18+ years experience in brand protection or project management
- 2Proven track record managing vendor relationships budgets and complex cross-functional projects
- 3Expertise in data analysis and executive communication
- 4Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools for workflow optimization and ethical implementation
- 55+ years experience with domain name management registrar operations and ICANN processes
- 6Background in trademark intellectual property law and UDRP litigation knowledge
- 7Experience leading global brand protection programs across multiple platforms
- 8Familiarity with fast-paced environments and emerging AI technologies
- 9Ability to adhere to responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and quality reviews
