What You'll Do12
- 1Own all technology operations for senior leadership across office travel residential and off-site environments
- 2Serve as primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for executive leadership
- 3Lead complex infrastructure projects across 10+ cross-functional teams as PM Tech Lead
- 4Maintain legal hold technical compliance with Legal Architect while designing custom solutions for email and retention
- 5Coordinate product engineering for executive testing and feedback pipelines
- 6Deliver white-glove residential technology support including network AV and security across multiple locations
- 7Design event staffing models for executive off-sites board meetings and company moments
- 8Drive automation AI workflows and tooling to scale executive support operations
- 9Build operational redundancy through workflow documentation training and knowledge codification
- 10Mentor team members to expand capability and enable parallel coverage
- 11Act as backup EXE leadership for operational continuity
- 12Travel up to 25% to support global leadership events and residences
Requirements18
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of IT enterprise engineering experience
- 25+ years direct experience supporting C-suite executives
- 3Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder technical programs with VP-level visibility
- 4Expert knowledge of enterprise IT architecture network infrastructure security cloud SaaS and compliance processes
- 5Enterprise-level Google Workspace administration experience
- 6Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools for workflow optimization and measurable impact
- 7Strong interpersonal skills building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
- 8History of defining multi-year technical roadmaps and strategies
- 9Experience assessing security threats in high-sensitivity environments
- 10Preferred AI proficiency including prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- 11Proficiency in Python PowerShell or Bash for automation and tooling
- 12Experience building AI-powered workflows using LLMs APIs or automation platforms
- 13Expertise in MDM platforms zero-touch deployment and residential home technology infrastructure
- 14Familiarity with video conferencing AV systems and VR/AR hardware
- 15Track record managing high-security travel and threat assessments
- 16Vendor management experience overseeing scoping procurement and delivery
- 17Building operational documentation and runbooks enabling team-wide execution
- 18Crisis management experience coordinating cross-functional escalations
