Overview
Cybersecurity Awareness leadership role focused on developing and delivering training programs at scale. What You'll Do5
- 1Lead design and execution of security awareness programs that reach multiple teams across the organization.
- 2Partner with security, communications, and learning teams to develop engaging training content and campaigns.
- 3Measure program impact using metrics and dashboards, and iterate based on data insights.
- 4Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, roadmaps, and resource allocation.
- 5Deliver training sessions, create microlearning, and curate security awareness content for various audiences.
Requirements4
- 1Minimum three years of related experience in cybersecurity awareness, communications, training, learning and development, program management, cybersecurity operations, risk management, or a related field
- 2Strong understanding of Program Management principles and practices
- 3Ability to prioritize, plan, execute, and communicate activities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience measuring program performance and interpreting data
