- 10Organize resident files and maintain PRS documentation
- 11Attend quarterly team meetings and align on strategic goals
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in education social work or nonprofit sectors
- 2CORES certified resident services background preferred
- 3Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5Familiarity with community resource databases
- 6Availability for 2 days per week 12‑5pm Monday‑Friday
- 7Comfortable using iPad and basic productivity apps
- 8Self‑starter mindset with a passion for social impact
- 9Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
