What You'll Do11

  • 4Prepare monthly reports on program hours and participant engagement
  • 5Oversee donation intake and inventory of supplies
  • 6Maintain community center space and document facilities
  • 7Communicate resident needs to management and adjust services accordingly
  • 8Monitor petty cash and restock essential supplies
  • 9Supervise staff during program delivery and ensure safety standards
  • 10Organize resident files and maintain PRS documentation
  • 11Attend quarterly team meetings and align on strategic goals

Requirements9

  • 15+ years experience in education social work or nonprofit sectors
  • 2CORES certified resident services background preferred
  • 3Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 5Familiarity with community resource databases
  • 6Availability for 2 days per week 12‑5pm Monday‑Friday
  • 7Comfortable using iPad and basic productivity apps
  • 8Self‑starter mindset with a passion for social impact
  • 9Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
