Program Analyst I - HSPD-12 Support
Overview
Program Analyst I supports the Tactical Operations Division’s Badging and Credentials/HSPD-12 Office for the United States Marshals Service. This role provides administrative operational and programmatic support related to federal credentialing and access control requirements while assisting District Security Officers across multiple district offices.
What You'll Do10
- 1Coordinate implementation of the HSPD-12 DSO program across district offices in support of federal credentialing and access control requirements
- 2Provide administrative and operational support to the Tactical Operations Division’s Badging and Credentials/HSPD-12 Office
- 3Maintain suspense tracking systems for assigned branches identify past due items and ensure deadlines are met
- 4Communicate via telephone and email with high-level agency officials District offices and contract affiliates
- 5Offer guidance and support regarding program policies and operational procedures
- 6Support special projects and collaborate within teams to accomplish program goals
- 7Prepare organize track and maintain program documentation and records
- 8Provide ad hoc administrative support to USMS management branches as needed
- 9Assist with coordination and follow-up activities related to credentialing and access control operations
- 10Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information and documentation
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Tier 2 Public Trust Background Investigation
- 3Superior time management organization and prioritization skills
- 4Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 5Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 6High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- 7Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
- 8Preferred experience working in a PIV Card or CAC Card office
- 9Preferred experience supporting a DOJ HSPD-12 office
- 10Familiarity with federal credentialing badging or access control processes preferred
