What You'll Do11
- 1Perform all functions related to processing and merchandising in the produce department
- 2Cut fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules
- 3Ensure product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation
- 4Maintain sampling program
- 5Clean department continuously and maintain sweep logs
- 6Arrive to work station on time and dress appropriately for all shifts
- 7Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling techniques
- 8Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- 9Follow and comply with established procedures including Weights and Measures and health and sanitation standards
- 10Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment and ensure equipment maintenance
- 11Report safety hazards and violations immediately
