- 9Onboard and train new employees

Requirements10
- 15+ years leading production teams
- 2Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Familiarity with MRP systems
- 4Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- 5Strong problem-solving skills
- 6Ability to work flexible hours
- 7Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 8Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 9Bilingual English Spanish proficiency
- 10Knowledge of electrical or mechanical processes
