- 3Assign tasks based on skill sets to balance workload distribution
- 4Monitor cable process quality and implement corrective actions
- 5Maintain Epicor ERP records and document production issues
- 6Train and develop team members in fabrication techniques
- 7Oversee preventive maintenance for machinery and tools
- 8Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
- 9Drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- 10Coordinate inventory management and support daily production activities
- 11Mentor hourly associates and facilitate problem solving
Requirements11
- 15+ years manufacturing experience with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proven leadership in fast-paced environments
- 3Certification in CPC Card or BCBA
- 4Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 6Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- 7Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- 8Experience with Kubernetes and containerization
- 9Familiarity with React for internal tools
- 10Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
