What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure safe and productive environment following all safety procedures
- 2Supervise employees in performance behavior and safety while minimizing downtime
- 3Complete or delegate tasks when key personnel are absent
- 4Oversee performance plans schedules and manage training development
- 5Manage paperwork flow and maintain thorough documentation
- 6Supervise production area to company standards optimizing daily expectations
- 7Work independently while exercising judgment to seek assistance when needed
- 8Conduct quality inspections during Packing to prevent process failures
- 9Assist with machinery maintenance to support employees and production
- 10Ensure timely accurate inventory transactions and identify process improvements
- 11Utilize mechanical aptitude to analyze component quality and determine pass/fail
Requirements11
- 1High School diploma or GED required
- 22-3 years supervisory experience in production or manufacturing
- 3Demonstrated safety leadership integrity and ethics
- 4Knowledge of operational production processes
- 5Ability to multitask decisively in fast-paced environment
- 6Strong communication interpersonal skills bilingual preferred
- 7Proficiency with Excel and manufacturing reporting systems
- 8Experience operating forklifts pallet jacks hand trucks
- 9Mathematical skills for time measurement tracking
- 10Physical stamina for prolonged standing walking bending stretching pushing pulling moving
- 11Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
